Draft Badge needed to make alcohol-sale ID checks clear for buyers, retail staff, and business leaders. The design had to support checkout verification, employee workflows, venue management, and compliance tracking without adding confusing friction to the purchase flow.
Scope delivered
The work covered mobile verification flows, age-verified alcohol purchases, buyer and employee experiences, venue management, QR/status states, offline edge cases, and compliance-oriented workflows for retail and HoReCa teams.
Product and UX work
