Project context
KOT needed to replace fragmented real estate sales workflows with one transparent platform for developers, agents, and homebuyers. The product had to manage bids, documents, property status, payments, settlement steps, electronic signatures, and real-time updates across high-value transactions without becoming difficult to operate.
Scope delivered
The work covered full web app product design, role-based workflows, bids, property status, documents, payments, transaction timelines, settlement flows, stakeholder collaboration, and a robust component library/design system.
Product and UX work
- Designed web app flows for property bids, buyer communication, document management, payments, and settlement
- Structured centralized dashboards, property lists, bid states, transaction timelines, and status updates
- Created reusable components and interaction patterns for dense real estate workflows
- Used stakeholder feedback, journey maps, and usability testing to reduce confusion across agent, developer, and buyer roles
Outcome
The design improved the structure of a complex real estate transaction platform without relying on disconnected workflows. It created reusable patterns for bids, documents, payments, and multi-stakeholder coordination while keeping developer handoff consistent.
Design focus
The work involved product design leadership for complex B2B SaaS, real estate operations, role-based UX, document and payment workflows, and design systems.
