Seazone needed to simplify complex yacht charter operations for companies managing fleets, suppliers, and crew. The product had to organize boat management, financial modules, product suppliers, and crew workflows into a clear B2B system for daily operational use.
Scope delivered
The work covered fleet and charter management flows, supplier tools, crew profiles, payments, reporting, expenses, document organization, maintenance planning, crew hiring, and dense operational dashboards.
