Project context

Vezam needed to make B2C package delivery feel transparent and fast while splitting the product into customer and driver apps. The design had to simplify parcel creation, courier proposals, route details, communication, and delivery status so both sides could coordinate without the usual supply-chain friction.

Scope delivered

The work covered two mobile apps for customers and couriers, including package creation, negotiation, offers, pickup, delivery tracking, route context, messaging, and transparent delivery coordination.

Product and UX work

  • Designed customer and driver app flows for parcel creation, courier offers, pickup, and delivery tracking
  • Separated functionality between client and courier experiences while keeping the interface system consistent
  • Structured maps, order details, messages, notifications, and status states around quick decisions
  • Created a clean mobile UI direction for transparent package delivery across EU markets

Outcome

The design separated customer and courier needs into focused flows while keeping the product system consistent, making delivery coordination easier to understand for both sides of the marketplace.

Design focus

The work covered two-sided marketplace UX, logistics flows, courier and customer apps, mobile tracking, and service design for an operational product.
